When we allow a suggestion, a softening, an invitation to land - there’s no need for anyone to DO anything. So, you could say, the approach is to BE and SEE what emerges from a softening into rest. My second baby was born at home and unexpectedly big at 11lb. Following his birth I started to get more symptoms from my prolapse which lead me to attend various trainings including Hypopressives. I now use these techniques to successfully manage my own symptoms and am keen to share this knowledge with you, supporting you on your pelvic healing journey.</image:caption>
